That is why we have designed the Lab for both high performance and flexibility.  Our portfolio of technology options and room configuration choices can easily satisfy even the most particular study design needs. With the ability to accommodate up to 20 respondents, the Lab can be utilized for a wide variety of market study needs.

Viewing Center (14’ x 11’)

We’ve elevated the standard of viewing centers for our clients. Imagine comfortable, tiered stadium seating for up to ten. Then add the latest in AV technology along with WiFi high speed internet. We want our clients to have the option to be a tangible member of the process throughout. As such, we’ve taken great pride in creating a space with both state of the art technology and comfortable amenities.  

Client Lounge  (14’ x 9’)

Did we say comfortable amenities? Yes. Our standard for client comfort extends into the client lounge. Located adjacent to the viewing center and lab, this room is well-equipped to meet the needs of busy professionals.

Our Client Lounge business center offers:

• Closed Circuit Television as an extension of our viewing lab.
• PC and Printing Station
• Photocopier
• Wi-Fi high speed internet

And if that wasn’t good enough, MLAB also touts a professional chef – available for fine dining options at incredibly reasonable prices.

After we’ve conducted your customized study, the process is only half way done. With the collaboration of MLAB’s high-end digital video and audio recording and transcription services – we ensure the complete capture of every moment and expression. We do so in a variety of formats that can be easily shared. In addition, MLAB provides comprehensive editing to save even more time and to produce the cleanest product possible. In other words, we take the data, clean it up and provide our clients with easy to read and easy to share information.
